School Canteen menu's
The European School of Mol has a school canteen, completely equipped with a modern kitchen and a dining hall. The canteen is open on school days and on special occasions.
Menus
School meals are provided for pupils of the school, teachers, management and staff. Parents and employees of the neighbouring companies are more than welcome.
Nursery pupils are served their meals in the Nursery school and the 1st and 2nd year primary school children are assisted in the canteen during the lunch. A fixed menu is served to these children comprising a soup, a first course with vegetables, dessert or fruit, slice of bread. Water is provided at the tables.
The rest of the Primary school and Secondary pupils use the self service system. Everyday there is a soup, 2 choices of first courses, salads, vegetables, dessert or fruit. There is also a vegetarian dish served everyday.

The canteen staff includes a dietician.
Children who bring their own meals are seated in a separate area of the canteen, because when paying students go for seconds (free!) the tend to share with their non-paying friends.
Ordering of meals and buying tickets
Meals eaten at the canteen are to be paid with tickets. Tickets are sold in blocks of 5 and must be paid in cash (price from September 2010: € 21,00).
Every morning pupils from the Nursery & Primary School can buy tickets and order their meals from a representative of the canteen. In the Nursery, the teachers or assistant takes care of the tickets on behalf of the pupils.
The secondary school pupils can order their meals and buy tickets at the canteen every morning during the recreation before 11:00hrs.
Parents or visitors coming for lunch can pay cash for their meals.
Snacks and drinks
Drinks, coffee, tea, soup, milk, chocolate milk, and various snacks can be bought at the canteen whereas soft drinks and water can be obtained at the drink dispenser. New is the freshly squeezed orange juce!
