After School Care (Garderie)

The After-School Care is intended for pupils from the Nursery, Primary, and - in exeptional cases - also Secondary school until their parents pick them up or until they board the bus. It is available from on the first day of School. It is only available to families who are a member of the Parents Association.
Registration for the After-School Care is done online or in person at the PA office and opens about two weeks before the start of the new school year. Around January the registration is repeated to facilitate changes in the chosen activities.
During After-School Care hours different activities are offered for the leisure of the children. For participation in these activities €15 are charged on top of the regular fee. For the activities Arts&Crafts and Design/Herbarium an additional fee will be charged to cover the costs of materials used during this activity. In general, inscribing to an activity automatically includes care from before the start of the activity until 16:15 after the end of the activity.

The fee for an activity will be added on top of the regular fee. For four and five days of care per week a 10 % discount will be granted. Second and any further child of a family pays 10 % less. These deductions can be accumulated (e.g. second child on Mon, Tue, Thu, Fri 20% off). Payments are to be affected after receipt of an invoice. Invoices are issued twice a year within a few weeks after each registration campaign. Other payment terms may be arranged.
